Annual Small Goals Soccer Tournament

at the Hrvatski Dom (34900 Lakeshore Blvd., Eastlake, OH) Annual tournament 5 per side plus goalie
- $250 per team - $1,000 cash prize for winner

Amature Cup Finals Set!!!

Eastlake, OH – After defeating Concordia SC in the semi-finals Croatia Cleveland will face rival Karadjode Serbs for the right to represent Ohio for the midwest Amature Cup Championship held in Chicago, IL. The Ohio Amature Cup Final will be played this Friday, May 1 at 6:30 pm at Lost Nation Sports Park.

Eastlake,Cleveland, OH - In the first outdoor match of the Spring, Croatia Cleveland defeated Concordia SC in the Ohio Amature Cup Semi-Final. The game was played under difficult circumstances at "The Bubble" of Cleveland State Universities Krenzler Field. Both teams were ineffective in the first half and went into halftime tied at 0-0. Croatia came out in the second half and took immediate control. Allen Eller nearly gave Croatia the lead in the 65th minute, but his shot went off the cross-bar. In the 70th minute 17 year-old Mikey Derezic, playing in his first outdoor game for the Majors gave Croatia the eventual winner on a through ball from Steve Misick. Pave Kucinic gave his side some breathing room with 10 minutes left on a clock after heading in a Danny Bartulovic Cross from the left side. Croatia goes on to the Ohio Amature Cup Finals to play Karadjorde Serbs, who defeated German Central 5-2.
